Debra Duval has built a more than 20-year career working in the senior living space. She began working as a CNA years ago and fell in love with working with seniors. Now serving as the executive director, Debra is responsible for providing leadership, care and motivation to both our staff and seniors.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Leah Mendoza has worked in the senior living space for more than two years. Often claiming she was born in the wrong era, Leah loves seniors and is passionate about helping families find the community that best fits their needs.
Assisted Living Director
Allison Lopez comes to Meadow Oaks with extensive experience as a nurse. She serves as director of our Assisted Living and Generations memory support programs. Her favorite part of working with seniors is hearing stories of the incredible lives they have lived.
Vibrant Life® Director
Wendy Harris has over 20 years of experience in fitness training, lifestyle coaching, and the development and implementation of fitness and wellness programs for seniors. As a Certified Nutritional Therapist, she has a passion for food, fitness and making healthy living fun. Serving as the Vibrant Life® director, she gets to combine all those passions and work with our residents to help them live vibrant lives.
Generations Program Director
Kathryn Nevin has worked in assisted living and memory care programs for over 10 years. She’s passionate about what she does and enjoys being able to help others as the Generations program director.
Business Office Director
Reyna Gabriel has been a part of the senior living workforce since 2013. Raised by her grandmother, she has a personal love for seniors that goes back to her childhood. Outside of work, you can find Reyna hiking and spending time with her family.
Building Services Director
Dale Garrett brings more than 40 years of experience in the senior living industry to Meadow Oaks. As the Building Services director, he is responsible for making each resident’s stay as great as possible and loves being able to brighten their days.
Culinary Services Director
Eddie Munoz has been part of the restaurant industry his whole life – he was raised by parents who both worked in restaurants. Eddie began his career at 16 and later attended the Professional Culinary Institute at night while working in an assisted living community. His role as Culinary Services director lets him combine both his passion for food and his love of seniors. In his free time, Eddie enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three kids.
